After 6 months as a technician I moved on to management with JN Phiilips. Once Safelite bought them out, they had me run a couple different locations before I Decided to go off on my own. I wanted to take my success in leadership and customer service with JN Phillips and Safelite, and turn it into a more personal, and less robotic experience for customers. Using good communication and skilled labor my goal is to make sure every job is done properly the first time, and any mistake fixed with haste.
